Edwyn Charles "Eddie" Huang (born March 1, 1982) is an American Chef, restauranteur, author, food personality, producer and attorney. He co-owns BaoHaus, a Gua-Bao restaurant in the East Village of Manhattan. He currently hosts Huang's World for Viceland. Huang's autobiography, Fresh Off the Boat: A Memoir, was later adapted into a television series of the same name, which airs on ABC (wikipedia)
