Thomas Henry "Tom" Marshburn (born August 29, 1960) is an American physician and a NASA astronaut. Marshburn was born in Statesville, North Carolina. He trained in emergency medicine and worked in emergency rooms in Texas and Massachusetts. He served as a Mission Specialist on STS-127. Marshburn was a member of the Soyuz TMA-07M crew which launched to ISS in December 2012 to join Expedition 34 (wikipedia)
